Q. How long does it take to setup a franchise? |

| A. A franchise can take up to one month to set-up, it will depend on how fast you can get the necessary steps completed. | |
Q. If I choose the bronze or silver franchise first, can I upgrade later? |

| A. You can upgrade your franchise at any time, the cost would be the new franchise chosen, minus the amount you bought the original franchise for (e.g. bronze to silver upgrade would be £1500). | |
Q. What are the necessary steps to starting a franchise, if I have not got a company already? |

| A. There are several steps to starting up a business: 1. Register company at Companies House 2. Open company bank account 3. Setup merchant account 4. Register for a VAT number 5. Setup payment gateway 6. Get together some ideas of how you want your website to look (colours, images, etc.) 7. Have the initial design meeting with one of our developers (please bring along your ideas) 8. Two weeks later have a design review meeting 9. After a further two weeks have a training session on the system 10. Go live! Please note points 1 to 5 are not included in the franchise price, but we are able to assist you in setting these areas up. Costs vary, but the average monthly cost of a merchant account and payment gateway is £40 combined, this is payable to your merchant bank and Sagepay (the payment gateway) i.e. not Furniture Franchise Ltd. |

| A. Yes, as long as you have not been disqualified as a director. | |
Q. Can I start a franchise with an existing company? |

| A. Yes, this should reduce the time it takes to set your franchise up. | |
Q. Can I use my own domain name? |

| A. Yes, we would just ask you to update your DNS records to point to our servers. | |
